Lot 1

1.1 Hauptleistungen

The object of the assignment is the provision of

X Gebäudereinigungsleistungen

X Glass and frame cleaning services

X Basic cleaning

in or on buildings of the Client and its leases or on buildings rented by the Client's tenant from third parties by the Contractor.

The building cleaning services include services for cleaning the interior of the building, including furnishings, equipping and distributing hygiene articles and, if necessary, special cleaning according to

Subject to the Service Level Agreement (SLA, Appendix 1). In doing so, all cleaning services in accordance with the SLA and the calculation documents (Appendix 2) shall be transferred to the Contractor. The company is firmly commissioned to carry out the work carried out in the

1.2 Optional additional services

At the request of the Client (option), the Contractor shall also provide further services that exceed the hourly rates specified in the offer and

performance parameters are to be remunerated. The Contractor shall have no claim to the retrieval of these optional services and therefore no claim to damages, loss of profit or adjustment of the contractually agreed remuneration, insofar as fewer optional services should be called up by the Client than were probable by both parties at the time of conclusion of the contract

The Contractor guarantees that it will be able to provide on-call services within certain deadlines upon request.

The following deadlines are agreed:

• Cleaning due to acute, hazardous

Soiling: 1 hour

• Cleaning and services due to planned and carried out events: 2 days before the start of the event if required

1.3 Cleaning time, optimization

According to the Contractor's offer, a certain hourly volume is commissioned as the maximum time required for the permanently commissioned maintenance cleaning at the agreed hourly rate. However, this maximum time expenditure is only remunerated if the actual working hours of the employed employees do not fall below the maximum time expenditure by more than 7.5%. All

further reductions in hours shall be borne by the Contractor by multiplying the hours by the agreed hourly rate and deducting the amount from the monthly invoice. For the purpose of verification,

1.4 Ancillary services

The SLAs reflect the services owed by the Contractor.

However, the Contractor is also obliged to provide all ancillary services, including the procurement and disposal of materials required for the performance of its services, which typically accompany the provision of the main service and are necessary for the achievement of the cleaning success owed. The Contractor shall not be entitled to separate remuneration for the aforementioned ancillary services.

1.5 Corporate responsibility

The Contractor shall provide its services under independent entrepreneurial responsibility.
