Recognition and examination of the ground for the task Construction of the S10 expressway on the Wyrzysk – Bydgoszcz section together with elements of the Programme Concept.

The subject of the Order is:

- Identification and examination of the substrate at the stage of the Technical, Economic and Environmental Study with elements of the Program Concept (STEŚ-R Stage II)

- Development of STEŚ with elements of the Program Concept stage II (STES-R stage II) for the variant of the route for which the Environmental Decision was obtained

conditions including the requirements contained in the environmental decision, KOPI protocol No. 12/2021 and the results of the BRD audit No. 2/2020,

- adaptation of solutions to the parameters of the S class road, specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 24 June 2022 on technical and construction regulations regarding

public roads Journal of Laws 2022.1518 of 2022.07.20 (as amended) and Patterns and standards recommended by the Minister competent for transport

- clarification of the material and financial scope consisting in determining detailed geometrical solutions of roads, road structures, engineering structures, terrain boundaries of the task

investment and bill of quantities and their cost estimate for key elements of the project,

- identification of solutions aimed at ensuring full transport services of the areas adjacent to the designed road (proposals for reconstruction of the existing road network or

location of new access roads),

- final determination of the basic technical parameters of buildings,

- defining guidelines for a construction project
