The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Town and Commune of Bogatynia and running a selective waste collection point PSZOK. The contracting authority divided the subject of the contract into two parts: - the first part - concerns the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Town and Commune of Bogatynia; - the second part - concerns the conduct and handling of waste disposal from sites not intended for landfill.

The subject of the contract of the first part as part of the collection and management of municipal waste includes, inter alia, the following scope: 1. Collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live. 2. Collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated on them. 3. Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate which is partly real estate where residents live and partly real estate where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated on them. 4. Collection and management of municipal waste from summer cottages on real estate.

The subject of the contract is to run and operate the Selective Waste Collection Point by collecting municipal waste selectively collected and delivered by residents to PSZOK, which is located at Zgorzelecka Street in Bogatynia.
