Evaluation study of a collective information and communication campaign in favor of European butter in Japan, South Korea, China (incl. HK), Taiwan, and Singapore 2021-2023

The purpose of this call for tenders is to select an evaluation agency which will carry out the evaluation of a collective information and communication campaign in favor of European butter in third countries: in Japan, South Korea, in China (incl. Hong Kong), Taiwan and Singapore in 2021-2023 which follows an ongoing program.

Campaign objectives:

- increase the level of knowledge, improve the image and reputation of European butter and its qualities among the targets of the action;

- increase by + 2 points the market share for European butter in the region.

- increase the level of knowledge, improve the image and notoriety of European butter and its qualities among the targets of the action: professionals (chefs and future chefs, distributors / importers) and urban foodies;

- increase by + 2 points the market share of European butter in the region by supporting exports while respecting local sectors and food crops; consequently inducing a direct increase in sales (volumes / values) over the duration of the program (2021-2023).
