The Employers Survey Labour (WEA) is a biennial survey among employers on the recruitment, deployment, organisation and results of labour – summarized by the term 'labour policy' – by and from companies and institutions in the Netherlands. The main objective of the WEA is to monitor trends and developments in labour policy and the relationship with and effect of these policies on business results, labour productivity, innovation and health/disease.

The intended assignment 'Fieldwork Employers Survey Labour (WEA) 2024-2028' takes place in a period of 6 years, the effective date is intended for 01-12-2023 and, without notice being required, ends by operation of law on 31-12-2028. The fieldwork takes place in January, February and March of each year.
