The subject of the proceedings is a service consisting in the collection and transport of the entire municipal waste stream from owners of residential real estate and owners of uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated and who have joined the municipal waste management system, real estate in inhabited and partly uninhabited parts, as well as summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year - located in the Porąbka Commune, in March-December 2023.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and transport of the entire municipal waste stream from owners of residential real estate and owners of uninhabited real estate who have joined the municipal waste management system and on which municipal waste is generated, real estate in inhabited parts and in parts uninhabited, as well as summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes, used only for part of the year - located in the Porąbka Commune. The proposal for the frequency of collection of individual types of waste is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ collection schedule.
