The Itzehoe Clinic intends to restructure the urology department with functional areas through a replacement building and renovation measures on the ground floor.
The single-storey extension will be completely demolished and the existing ground floor will be largely gutted. The single-storey, extendable replacement building has a partial basement (only connecting passage). The new use makes it necessary to expand the two ventilation centers on the 2nd floor. In the 1st basement and 1st floor, walls and ceilings for line installations must be opened and closed while the hospital is in operation. This work can only be carried out successively in close coordination with the site management!
