Construction of a bicycle path in the area of 1 Maja Street and Stromej Street in StarachowiceThe implementation of a bicycle path along 1 Maja and Stromej street with the designation of a bicycle course in Mickiewiccza Street in Starachowice along with drainage elements, conditioned by the change of geometry of the existing street.
The detailed scope of the object of the order shall be defined by the description of the object of the contract and the technical specifications of the performance and acceptance of the works and the design documentation.
The facility resulting from the execution of this order is designed for all users, including mobility disabilities.
The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974, of persons performing the indicated activities related to the execution of the contract: road works, sewer works.
It is not required, but provides for, the possibility of a local vision by the contractor before making an offer. Since the order includes robots in the public area, the contractor can make a local vision on his own.

The detailed scope of the object of the order shall be determined by the description of the object of the contract and the technical specifications of the performance and reception of construction works, the executive design.
The facility resulting from the implementation of this order is designed for all users, in particular it will facilitate movement for people with movement disabilities.
The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974, of persons performing the indicated activities related to the execution of the contract: road works, drainage works.
