The purpose of this contract is to conclude, at the end of a two-phase procedure, a framework agreement with a single service provider.

We are looking for a partner for marketing and communication services (digital and non-digital) for the Scooore brand and who will also be able to organize and lead the media strategy, planning and purchasing; who if necessary will develop tailor-made studies to optimize the effectiveness of budgets, plans and strategy; and who can create a modern vision based on Scooore's needs and plans. This is to achieve the best business results and increase the digital footprint.

This is a two-phase procedure.

The examination and selection of applications will be made on the basis of the selection guide (phase 1) only the selected candidates will be invited to submit an offer (phase 2).

The final date of 29.1.2021 before 11:00 am is the closing date for the submission of application files only.

This means that it is only your response for phase 1 (selection phase) that must be entered via the e-Tendering platform.

Please follow the instructions in the Phase 1 contract documents (selection guide). The phase 2 contract documents are provided there only "for information".

Only the selected candidates (phase 1) will be invited later to submit an offer (phase 2).
