Project management services according to AHO

The city of Pinneberg plans to build a new school building for the elementary and community school (GUGS) in the source valley in Pinneberg.

It is to be replaced part of the building against a new building. In the first step, the basics have to be determined for the required scope and design, a preliminary planning as well as the necessary documents for the promotion according to the municipal investment promotion law II.

For this purpose, planning offices in the field of project management who have planned similar measures in the past are invited to participate in the competition. The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required supporting documents.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be examined and the number of eligible candidates will be limited.

The planned minimum number of candidates for Phase 2 will be set at a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5.

Phase 2 candidates will be invited separately for a negotiated procedure.

The allocation of planning services acc. AHO is gradual.

The total construction costs of KG 200 to 700 are estimated at approx. EUR 10 million gross.
