The object of the order is the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Biała and the equipment of the property with waste containers or bags according to the agreement with the Ordering Party. The scope of the order applies to residential properties and real estate used for recreational and plaster purposes.

UNDER THE CONTRACT, THE CONTRACTOR IS OBLIGED TO RECEIVE AND USE THE FOLLOWING WASTE FRACTIONS:
1) paper;
2) metals;
3) plastics;
4) glass;
5) multi-product packaging waste;
6) biowaste;
7) hazardous waste;
8) expired drugs and chemicals;
9. wastes not eligible for medical waste resulting from the intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes;
10) spent batteries and batteries;
11) consumed electrical and electronic equipment;
12) furniture and other large-sized waste;
13) worn tyres up to 1250 mm;
14) construction and demolition waste;
15) waste of textiles and clothing;
16) ash from domestic fireboxes;
17) mixed waste.
Waste will be received by fraction:
(a) mixed waste
(b) waste collected selectively, broken down into:
— “Paper”,
— “Glass”
— “Metals and Plastics”
— “BIO” — biodegradable.
The Contractor is also obliged to collect and use waste collected in the PSZOK, in the village of Maręze, Municipality of Skomlin and collection of large-sized waste.
The Contractor undertakes to use the entire mass of collected municipal waste in accordance with the applicable rules and to keep quantitative records in accordance with applicable law in this respect.
The scope and method of execution of the object of the contract shall be defined by the 'Detailed description of the object of the procurement (OPZ), as set out in Annex 7 to the SWZ and the contract model constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. Estimated amount of municipal waste for collection and development of 2600 Mg (24 months).
