Karlshamn Energi AB, together with the deit-owned subsidiary Karlshamn Energi & Vann AB, forms a group of companies. Karlshamn Energi AB is 100% owned by the parent company Stadsvapnet in Karlshamn AB, which in turn is owned by Karlshamn Municipality. The activities of Karlshamn Energi AB include the business areas of Elnät, Värärmheating, Broadband and with where associated services, and business area water is operated in the subsidiary Karlshamn Energi & Vatten AB. Karlshamn Energi AB and Karlshamns Energi & Vatten AB subsidiary invite tenders for the framework contracts for construction works VA, Far heating, Elnät and Broadband. For the works included in this Framework Agreement and are not covered respectively, see AFA.21
