The project management contract for this operation includes a basic mission (ESQ - APS - APD - PRO - ACT - EXE - DET - AOR) according to the MOP law as well as the following complementary mission: OPC

Description of the operation:

Construction of a gendarmerie operation including:

- Eighteen (18) housing units built for the benefit of members of the gendarmerie, including one (1) reversible housing unit reserved for volunteer assistant gendarmes

- a building used as offices and specific service premises for a usable area of 293 m²,

- Technical rooms with a surface area of 153 m².

The project will be located on plot BE 88, the land with an area of approximately 3,936 m² is located in the town center, located in the Gaillou district.

The design of the project and the development of the land must comply with the specifications of the Gendarmerie services. At all phases of the project, validation meetings will be scheduled with the Gendarmerie (real estate department and the unit).
