The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the conditions for contracts which may be awarded during the period of the Framework Agreement (i.e. from the date of its conclusion until 30 June 2023), in particular the maximum prices per person of the accreditation visit. The signing of a framework agreement for accreditation reviews is a necessary condition for continuing participation in implementing proceedings for accreditation reviews in specific Medicinal Entities. The service will be carried out in accordance with the requirements laid down in: 1) the Health Accreditation Act of 6 November 2008 (OJ 2016.2135 t.j., 2016.12.23); 2) Regulation of the Minister of Health of 31 August 2009 on the procedure for assessing compliance by the entity providing health benefits for accreditation standards and fees for carrying out OJ, item 1216 and 2019, item 2068); 3) A set of accreditation standards for the provision of health benefits and the functioning of hospitals, published in the Official Journal Minister of Health No. 2 item 24 of 25 January 2010. The Contracting Authority provides for a maximum of 120 accreditation reviews carried out by the doctor's visitor under which more than one doctor's visitor may need to be involved . The number given is an estimate and the actual number of reviews carried out will be due to the current needs of the Ordering Party. Each review will last a maximum of 3 days.
