We are conducting an EU-wide invitation to tender for the scheduled services in the urban area of Gronau that are included in the tender documents. For this we would like to ask you to make us an offer.

The service to be provided begins on June 1, 2021 and is initially limited to January 6, 2023 or the timetable change date in spring 2023.

The city of Gronau is pursuing the strategy of repositioning itself in the area of transport planning and providing integrated mobility offers. One component of this strategy is the innovative approach of replacing the existing city bus transport with an integrated and innovative on-demand service. This new offer is to be operated by RVM in the form of public transport without a timetable and a fixed route as a day-to-day offer in accordance with the public service contract. It thus represents a mobility offer for people and visitors in Gronau that is available regardless of the availability of one's own car.

The contractor will provide the transport services for the app-controlled regular services of the RVM through the use of taxi buses provided by the RVM with its own drivers as a subcontractor.

The service to be provided begins on June 1, 2021 and is initially limited to January 6, 2023. The term of the contract is automatically extended by a further year if the contract is not terminated by one of the contracting parties with a notice period of 6 months up to the end of the calendar year ending before the respective contract end.
