In general. The building is in flood area. The drywall work is carried out partly in stock (approx. 2,000 m³) partly in the new building approx. (5,700 m³). The roof of the two-storey, semi-basement structure is designed as a board pile ceiling, while the non-basement, partly two-storey new building is partly designed as a hollow ceiling and partly as a flat ceiling. The outer walls are concreted and the inner walls made of HLZ brick-built. The foundation of the new building is largely carried out as a base plate in various thicknesses.
