This procedure follows a first procedure declared unsuccessful for reasons of general interest.

For this new procedure, the phase and schedule of performance of the services have been changed, as have the information to be mentioned in the technical offer of the candidates.

The benefits are divided into several lots. The refurbishment of the machinery is Lot 1 of the operation. The remaining batches will be launched later (February 2022 — for illustrative purposes). They will correspond to the needs:

— Dissemination complement,

— renewal of the return park,

— complement and renewal of the traditional light park,

— complement of the park light in Led source.
