The purpose of this contract is to provide routine reception services (teachers, students, agents, guests, etc.) and visitors, including the reception of one-off and/or exceptional events and telephone switchboards (including PMRs) of the two schools of higher education, the National School of Bridges and Roads (ENPC) and the National School of Geographical Sciences (Ensg-Geomatique), which depends on the National Institute of Geographic and Forest Information (Ign).

The missions carried out in this context are daily (service on working days), but also punctual when reinforcements are needed for recurrent or non-recurring scheduled situations (cultural or sporting events, conferences, receptions, colloquiums, etc.), or exceptional.
