Delivery and commissioning of mobile sales terminals
The subject of the order is the manufacture, delivery and commissioning of mobile sales terminals for trams and buses in cooperation with the project team of Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (LVB) GmbH. (The installation of the devices in the vehicles is not the scope of procurement.)

The new system is intended to replace the existing mobile ticket machines (mFAA) and to support the reduction of existing validators.

Following the commissioning (award of the contract), the bidder draws up a functional specification on the basis of the specifications and his offer, which he has accepted by the client (AG).

Based on the specifications agreed with the Client, the bidder creates a prototype for two test positions and the factory acceptance.

After successful factory acceptance by the Client and approval of series production, the bidder realizes the required number of devices in accordance with the delivery plan, which is released with the specifications.

In accordance with the installation plan, the Bidder shall support the Client in the installation of the equipment in the trams and buses as well as in the establishment of operational capability.

The bidder drafts a migration plan which, among other things, provides for the earliest possible use of the devices for ticket sales as well as the last step of the complete delivery and commissioning of all required functions in accordance with the specifications.

Based on the migration plan and the specifications agreed with the Client, the Bidder provides for software acceptance by the Client of a prototype at the Client and supports them comprehensively.

The bidder shall keep the documentation on the delivery, installation, acceptance and commissioning of the devices up to the complete delivery and commissioning of all required functions in accordance with the specifications.
