This work is carried out with the aim of creating a traffic light crossroads to improve traffic, create bike paths, secure and simplify pedestrian crossings and finally improve the living environment. This market is a preparatory market for construction contracts. Location (s) of execution: these works are located in Le Havre, they allow crossing RD 6015 (Quai Colbert to the west and Boulevard Winston-Churchill in the east), on the Jean-Jacques-Rousseau bridge axis and constitute an elevated interchange;
