1. The subject of the contract is: "Delivery of foodstuffs for KPW Świnoujście" divided into parts:

Part No 1 – Red meat and animal fats

part no. 2 – Red meat sausages

part no. 3 – Poultry meat sausages

Part No 4 – Poultrymeat

2. The assortment and quantities of individual goods shall be included in the price form constituting, respectively, Annex 2 to the SWZ for part No. 1, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ for part No. 2, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ for part No. 3 and Annex No. 5 to the SWZ for part No. 4.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for individual products is included: for part No. 1 – in Annex 6 to the SWZ, for part No. 2 – in Annex 7 to the SWZ, for part No. 3 – in Annex 8 to the SWZ, for part No. 4 – in Annex 9 to the SWZ.
