Application center and resource-oriented modules as part of a factory academy, measure for activation and professional integration according to § 16 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 2 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 und 3 SGB III

According to § 16.1 sentence 2 no. 2 SGB II, persons of working age may be offered benefits for activation and occupational integration. The present measure according to § 16 sec. 1 sentence 2 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 sec. 1 sentence 1 nos. 1 and 3 SGB III is intended to take into account the statutory claim.
