The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a Framework Agreement with a design agency that can assist the Senter for oljevern and marint miljø [the Norwegian Centre for Oil Spill Preparedness and Marine Environment] with the visual profile and design to be used in web design, a graphic profile for printed items and for individual designs related to conferences for the Contracting Authority.

The Norwegian Centre for Oil Spill Preparedness and Marine Environment will enter into a Framework Agreement with a design agency who will assist with the visual profile. Initially, there is talk of assistance to develop graphic design connected to the projects about development of a knowledge portal and map portal on the internet. In these 2 specific projects, the design services supplier must work closely with the developer. Since the centre was newly started (in 2018), there has been no experience basis to indicate scope and use of the contract. Economically, the contract is anticipated to be 300 000 NOK — 800 000 NOK. This estimated does not bind the Norwegian Centre for Oil Spill Preparedness and Marine Environment to purchase a predetermined quantity of services. The scope of work would vary during the agreement period. This contract gives the Norwegian Centre for Oil Spill Preparedness and Marine Environment the right, but no obligation to award contracts within the Framework Agreement.
