Conclusion of a Microsoft trading partner framework agreement with a term of 36 months with optional extension for a further 12 months on the basis of the Microsoft Business and Service Agreement (MBSA, contract number U7765287) and the group contract (contract number 72E6766) between Microsoft and the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Home Affairs (BMI).

The accession of the Regionalverband Ruhr to the group contract (current accession numbers EA: 8903735 and EA Online 72575941) takes place after conclusion of the trading partner framework agreement with settlement by the trading partner.

In compliance with the applicable price conditions for the MBSA / Group Agreement for the acquisition of Microsoft licenses, the trading partner must provide the following services: Seamless transition of Software Assurance for the existing licenses, Transfer of software licenses in accordance with the license models of the Licensor with Software Assurance for the term of the framework agreement Assumption of the function of the trading partner in accordance with the aforementioned contracts, provision of a permanently assigned contact person with appropriate certification.

During the term of the trading partner framework agreement, the switch to Microsoft 365 E 5 via the "From SA" option is planned. The changeover should take place on 01.01.2024. The trading partner should then supply the desired licenses and also accompany this changeover in an advisory capacity.
