The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contractor a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas (Group E).

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contractor a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas (Group E), consisting of the sale of gaseous fuel and the provision of its distribution service, to installations located in objects of the Contracting Authority, hereinafter referred to as the Receipt Places, the list of which is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, under the rules laid down in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (text one. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 of late), hereinafter referred to as the “Energy Law” and in implementing acts issued pursuant to it, with certain quality standards. The quality standards of gas fuel are described in the Energy Law Act, in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2 July 2010 on the detailed conditions of the operation of the gas system (text one. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158 with late-term), tariff of the Distribution System Operator of the Polish Gazownictwo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tarnów (hereinafter referred to as “DSO”).

2. The total amount of gaseous fuel to be delivered during the period of the Agreement to the Receipt Places set out in Annex 2 to SWZ is estimated to be 56,362,000 kWh.

3. The specific scope of the contract (gas fuel order in the specific gas months and contractual capacity order) is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ.
