The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out a global mission to provide expertise and technological support with high added value on all the components that constitute the development, execution and operation platforms of the RC IS.

The services are divided into 3 parts: - Part A "expertise services" includes recurring expertise services, additional services and related services. For Part A, the framework agreement sets all the conditions for the performance of the services and is executed by issuing purchase orders, when needs arise. These services are processed at unit prices and fixed in the unit price schedule.- Part B "global services" includes the services of initialization, management and coordination of the operational relationship with the publishers, assistance in the management of the technical platform of the IS RC, and reversibility services. These services are processed at a global and fixed price and will be performed only over one year for initialization and reversibility services. The other services are provided on a recurring basis over the total duration of the framework agreement. This part is executed upon notification of the framework agreement.- Part C "advanced services" includes one-off services that have not been fixed in the BPU of the framework agreement, it will include services to be performed in project mode for additional services or advanced services, inherent to the subject of the contract. For Part C, the services will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Subsequent contracts will be regular contracts.
