The State Office of Finance (LfF), Regensburg office awards the services of a Java developer within the framework of this award procedure as part of a temporary employment agency. The service includes 1 Java developer in the amount of 330 person days (PT) with the option to call up another 330 PT. This procurement measure is intended to strengthen the software development team at the LfF's Regensburg office so that the care and maintenance as well as the further development of our processes can be implemented. Working in the development team requires the developer to be present in Regensburg at least 4 working days a week. The service must therefore be performed on site at the LfF in Regensburg. The contractor must have a valid permit according to §§ 1 and 2 AÜG.

This procurement measure is intended to strengthen the software development team at the LfF's Regensburg office so that the care and maintenance as well as the further development of the in-house developed processes can be implemented. The developer should independently implement requirements and change orders of a technical and professional nature, as well as provide advice and possibly lead responsibility for technical concepts. Necessary documentation is also part of the task. Working in the development team requires the developer to be present in Regensburg at least 4 working days a week. The service must therefore be performed on site at the LfF in Regensburg. The contractor must have a valid permit according to §§ 1 and 2 AÜG. Insofar as the respective developer has been provided with the permissible duration of 18 months (Section 1 (1b) AÜG) and the corresponding quota of person days (applies analogously to the case of making use of the option) should not have been called up in full, there is no obligation on the part of the client to accept and remunerate the still open person days.
