NHS Rotherham Clinical Commissioning Group (RCCG) sought bids from suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers for the provision of a service delivering a package of care to a patient with learning disabilities, autism and associated difficulties. The commissioning of this placement is to provide a pathway of care initially within a hospital setting with the anticipation that the individual will move into a placement within the local community at the earliest opportunity.
