Extended shell of Energiezentrale Ost (Mark 51°7)

Stadtwerke Bochum Holding GmbH (StwBoH) will build an innovative and efficient heating and cooling supply with a high proportion of renewable energy on the Mark 51°7, Bochum site. The supply concept includes plant technology for heating and cooling, which is to be built in the "Energiezentrale Ost". The planned Energiezentrale Ost will be located on a public, paved square. Part of the energy centre to be planned is the 10 kV station. It is fully integrated into the building and is considered to be completely part of the rest of the building. The 10 kV station will be completely planned in the course of the construction project and then executed.
