Assignment of the Framework Agreement, and application contracts as follows: A) first application contract to be signed at the same time as the Framework Agreement for the supply of n. 22 buses of about 5.9/6.9 meters with exclusively electric traction and supply of storage charging equipment; B) possible second application contract for the supply of up to n. 8 buses of 5.9 / 6.9 meters with exclusively electric traction and supply of the charging equipment of the deposits. Value of the first application contract Euro 7,480,320.00 = excluding VAT and security charges included for Euro 320.00. Value of the second application contract, if any, Euro 2,720,000.00 = excluding VAT. II.1.5) Total estimated value: Euro 10,200,320.00 (excluding VAT) including security charges deriving from interference of Euro 320.00 not subject to reduction.
The procedure is aimed at stipulating a Framework Agreement with a single operator, lasting 48 months, and application contracts as follows:
A) first application contract to be signed at the same time as the Framework Agreement:
1) supply of n. 22 buses of about 5.9 / 6.9 meters and supply of depot charging equipment;
B) possible second application contract:
1) supply up to 8 buses of about 5.9 / 6.9 meters and supply of depot charging equipment.
The signing of the Framework Agreement and the first application contract does not entail any obligation of GTT to enter into the second application contract nor will failure to stipulate it give any right of the successful bidder of the Framework Agreement to compensation or indemnity.
In any case, the exercise of the fifth obligation in increase or decrease is reserved.
The signing of the second application contract will be subject in particular to the financial availability resulting from the savings of the tender and the possible need for price revision.
In any case, the unit prices offered will be binding for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement, without prejudice to the revision of prices referred to in the Special Tender Specifications.
