The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed breeding, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, incidental use of the forest, tourist development and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails, to be carried out in the Dębica Forest District in 2022.
Package VI.I – Khotov Forestry Detachments 1-21;Material scope of the subject of the contract
1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, incidental use of the forest, tourist development and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails, to be carried out in the Dębica Forest District in 2022.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, secondary forest use, tourist management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;
Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;
Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;
Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;
3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.
4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Decision No. 47 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krakow of October 12, 2021 on the update of the Regional Description of the Forest Work Technology Standard developed on the basis of Decision No. 19 of the Director General of the State Forests of March 17, 2021 on the introduction of the "Description of the Forest Work Technology Standard" in units organizational State Forests (as amended). The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in this decision was the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Regional Description of the Forestry Technology Standard).
