The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner of North Yorkshire (PFCC) has awarded a framework agreement for a period of 4 years. The framework has been established with a single source supplier to provide a dedicated hosted community messaging system/software, support and maintenance of the system, implementation and delivery of the system including training to users. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list. The framework is available to access by the PFCC/PCC and Chief Constables of the following forces: North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Humberside, Durham Constabulary, Cleveland and North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Services (NYFRS). Participating authorities shall create their own Call Off Contracts based on their individual needs.
