The city of Amiens and the Amiens-Métropole agglomeration community have been working for several years on the definition of a project to redevelop the city's North Hospital Centre. In view of the size of the project and the challenges for the territory, they asked the EPF of Hauts de France to participate in the requalification of the North Hospital Center. As such, the EPF will proceed with the acquisition of the University Hospital and the completion of the works constituting the prerequisite for the implementation of future development projects.

The purpose of this single-contractor framework agreement is to manage the "Centre hospitalier Nord" operation. The subsequent contracts will cover full or partial project management missions, in the context of total or partial asbestos removal and deconstruction operations, with the recovery of materials.

The framework agreement is concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum of €500,000 (excluding VAT).
