Liability:

The cover is of the "All risks except ..." type.

It will include the coverage of contractual and extra-contractual responsibilities of SNCB vis-à-vis third parties arising from its staff, its installations, its movable and immovable property, as well as the exercise of its main and ancillary activities.

The insured capital will amount to 200,000,000 EUR per claim and will be divided into several batches.

The distribution and description of the lots, as well as the annual limit in the insured capital, will be mentioned in the specifications.

RC objective fire and explosion:

The policy covers the strict liability of the SNCB in the event of fire and / or explosion in office buildings with a surface accessible to the public greater than 500 m 2 as well as in stations and on platforms.

The insured amounts are those provided for by law.

RC company course in Germany:

The policy, imposed by German law, covers the liability of the SNCB for the daily journeys made on the section from Montzen to Aachen-west and Aachen Hauptbahnhof.

The insured capital amounts, in accordance with the law, to EUR 20,000,000 per claim and EUR 40,000,000 per insurance year.
