Framework agreement for the delivery of plumbing services for sanitation and heating installations and other pipe installations with accompanying materials for municipal buildings and residences.

The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of plumbing services for sanitation and heating installations and other pipe installations with accompanying materials for municipal buildings and residences.

The work includes the execution of new or existing installations with faults or that need to be upgraded, including, but not limited to:

- Assembly of complete pipe systems and accompanying components and equipment

- maintenance of sanitation installations

- sound and fire sealing of pipes through fire separators

- the contract can be used for maintenance and repair of water and sewage lines outside of the construction site (connecting lines) that go to the municipal network

- the contract can be used for service agreements on selected heating and sanitation installations.

A duty scheme that provides assistance in case of emergency assignments, water leaks, etc. is included in the work.
