The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the terms governing subsequent contracts to be awarded for the performance of the following services for the development of the town centre of Gavray-sur-Siena:

- where appropriate, the resumption of preliminary studies and the carrying out of the necessary environmental diagnoses (PE)

- preliminary design studies covering all sectors (Avp)

- where appropriate, the establishment of the Water Act File (Dle)

- Project studies (Pro) and Consultation files (DCE)

- Assistance in the award of works contracts (ACT)

- the visa (Visa) of the studies carried out by the holding companies

- the direction of the execution of the works contract(s) (det)

- Assistance during acceptance operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion (aor)

- Scheduling, Steering and Coordination of the site (Opc)

The municipality of Gavray-Sur-Sienne plans to carry out a project to develop public spaces and facilities in the following sectors: - Sector 4: Rue de la Libération (including the quays) / Sector 5: Place des Tilleuls / Sector 7: Ilot de la Mairie / Sector 8: Place de la Mairie / Sector 9: Carrefour entrée de Ville / Sector 10: Place des Halles et Foirail / Sector 20: Banks of Siena and Quai du Bief
