Redesign of spermaliestraat (N325) between Oostendelaan and Spermaliestraat 192 from kmpt 3 to kmpt 4.35. Including reconstruction Fleriskotstraat 1-5, Loviestraat (between Heirweg and Spermaliestraat), Watervlietstraat, Gasstraat, Oudstrijdersplein and intersection Westendelaan, Kerkstraat and Oostendelaan.

The contract mainly comprises:

• archaeological research;

• construction of sewers (with different techniques);

• construction of pumping stations and overflow structures;

• redesign of the Spermaliestraat + intersection Westendelaan -Kerkstraat-Oostendelaan;

• reconstruction of Loviestraat, Fleriskotstraat (1-5), Oudstrijdersplein, Gasstraat and Watervlietstraat;

• the maintenance of the works during the guarantee period.
