1. The subject of the contract is: "Supply of computer equipment".

The order was divided into six parts:

Part 1 – delivery of "business laptop" laptops with a screen diagonal of 14" – 30 pieces;

Part 2 – delivery of "business laptop" laptops with a screen diagonal of 15" – 86 pieces;

Part 3 – supply of All in One (AIO) desktops – 10 units;

Part 4 – delivery of a desktop computer with a monitor – 1 pc

Part 5 – delivery of "business laptop" laptops with a screen diagonal of 13" – 5 pieces;

Part 6 – supply of computer equipment in the form of portable disks - 4 pieces.

.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is included in Annex 2a/2b/2c/2d/2e/2f to the SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract (the draft provisions of the public procurement contract constitute Annex No. 6 to the SWZ), it will constitute an annex to the contract.

The Contractor shall be obliged to:

2) conducting tests for the correctness of equipment operation,

3) Install on all computers the required base software, in the case of Office software or equivalent to provide so-called ready-made installation packages on the disk of the computer or on the storage media.

The Ordering Party requires a new operating system/software

The customer requires that the system software be pre-installed by the computer manufacturer.

The Ordering Party requires the software to be supplied with the relevant original attributes of legality, for example with so-called GML (Genuine Microsoft Label) stickers or COA (Certificate of Authenticity) stickers used by the hardware manufacturer or other form of credibility originality required by the software manufacturer applicable depending on the version provided.

The Ordering Party at the time of receipt of the goods provides for

verifying the legality of the provided software.

The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility to verify the originality of the supplied computer programs at the Software Manufacturer in the event of doubts as to its legality.

2) conducting tests for the correctness of equipment operation,

3) install the required basic software on the supplied computer, in the case of Office office software or equivalent, delivery of the so-called ready-made installation packages on the computer disk or on a storage medium.
