1. The subject of the order is the performance of the task "Reconstruction of al. Jana Pawła II on the section from ul. Felczak's Square Grunwaldzki in Szczecin ”- CPV code 45000000-7 construction works.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the execution of construction works as part of the task "Reconstruction of al. Jana Pawła II on the section from ul. Felczak's Square Grunwaldzki in Szczecin ”, in accordance with the attached design documentation prepared by the design studio Maciej Sochanowski.

3. The contract includes execution of construction works based on project documentation.

4. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the contract template - Annex 2 to the ToR and in the project documentation constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.

5. Implementation of the subject of the contract and works should be carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in the ToR with attachments, and in particular the conditions set out in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.

1. Under the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged in particular to:

1) performance of construction works,

2) preparation of as-built documentation,

3) participation in the commissioning of completed facilities and participation in the procedure for obtaining an occupancy permit (in the event of an obligation to obtain it),

4) removal of defects and faults under the warranty.

2. The scope of construction works includes in particular:

1) scope A:

a) reconstruction of the road,

b) reconstruction of pavements,

c) reconstruction of traffic lights,

d) reconstruction of colliding weapons,

e) introducing permanent traffic organization,

f) making elements of small architecture and greenery;

2) scope B:

a) reconstruction of the water supply network,

b) trenchless renovation of sewage connections,

in accordance with Annex 1, the table of billing elements (offer cost estimate).
