Overhalla Municipality is the contracting authority for the contract, with the organisation No 939 896 600. Overhalla Municipality is in Namdalen in the northern part of Trøndelag County.

The municipality has a little less than 4 000 inhabitants. The municipality is an environmental municipality that is in front and leading the way for innovative and environmentally friendly solutions. The focus on ‘Positivity, health and innovation’ is the vision for Overhalla municipality.
