The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Wólka Municipality and from the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in the months from January 2024 to December 2024.

Collection and management of municipal waste directly from real estate from property owners residing in the Wólka commune, with a population of approximately 13321, for a period of 12 months (January 2024 - December 2024), consisting of:

- collection and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of property residing from the municipality of Wólka collected in containers and bags broken down into the following fractions: mixed municipal waste (collected in containers ranging from 120L to 1100L), paper waste and cardboard (in blue bags), waste from metals, plastics (in yellow bags), glass waste (in green bags), vegetable waste, biodegradable (collected in brown containers only) and Christmas trees, hearths (in black bags), waste (in black bags), ads large-sized (received during the tour collection at least 2 times a year), used electrical and electronic equipment (picked up together with bulky), worn tyres (picked up together with bulky ones);

- the development and distribution of timetables for the collection of waste according to the Regulations of maintenance of order and cleanliness in the municipality of Wólka;

- delivery of bags for selective waste collection in the right colours.

The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts consisting in the repetition of services similar to the services covered by the subject of the contract, referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law. The scope of possible similar orders includes:

Collection and management of municipal waste directly from real estate from property owners residing in the Wólka commune, for periods not exceeding a total of 12 months, consisting of:

- collection and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of property residing from the municipality of Wólka collected in containers and bags broken down into the following fractions: mixed municipal waste (collected in containers ranging from 120L to 1100L), paper waste and cardboard (in blue bags), waste from metals, plastics (in yellow bags), glass waste (in green bags), vegetable waste, biodegradable (collected in brown containers only) and Christmas trees, hearths (in black bags), waste (in black bags), ads large-sized (received during the tour collection at least 2 times a year), used electrical and electronic equipment (picked up together with bulky), worn tyres (picked up together with bulky ones);

- the development and distribution of timetables for the collection of waste according to the Regulations of maintenance of order and cleanliness in the municipality of Wólka;

Collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Świdnik Duży Pierwszy, plot No. 1231/1 precinct 0008 – Świdnik Duży (behind the address behind the fire station, Świdnik Duży Pierwszy 48a, 20-258 Świdnik Duży Pierwszy). The service consists of:

- collection and management of municipal waste from the PSZOK point serving all residents of the municipality (approx. 13321 inhabitants), open every Saturday, including the following fractions: paper and cardboard, metals and plastics, glass, electronic waste, tires, bulky waste, construction and demolition waste, waste not qualifying as medical waste (needles, syringes), batteries and accumulators, expired medicines, paints, adhesives, fluorescent lamps, engine oils;

- equipping the point in the PSZOK with waste collection containers.

- equipping the point in the PSZOK with waste collection containers.
