Construction of a residential construction project called A-Kronu Lahti Steel muori 1 as KVR works.

The construction project includes the construction of a residential block of flats coming into A-Crown's own ownership, as well as its belonging courtyards and car parks, fully completed.

Construction of the single-tier six-storey residential apartment project and the courtyards and car parking areas that come into use as a KVR works in accordance with the reference documents in the request for tender.

The scope according to the preliminary architectural plans is c. 2045.5 asm2 and c. 2470.5 kem2, for a total of 37 dwellings.
