Any further transport from the transfer point to the recycling facility is also the responsibility of the contracting party. The tendered service relates to waste with waste code numbers 20 03 01 — mixed municipal waste (organic waste bin) in accordance with the “Ordinance on the European Waste Register (Waste Catalogue Ordinance — AVV)”. With regard to the foregoing, it is expressly stated that the collection and transport of the waste is not covered by this invitation to tender. These are carried out by the RES.
