The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste within the Municipal Municipality of Bartoszyce and the operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2024.

1.1 The object of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the town of Bartoszyce.

1.2 Establishment and operation of a point of selectively collected municipal waste

at a distance of no further than 10 km from the borders of the Municipality of Bartoszyce.

1.3 Operating a mobile point of selectively collected municipal waste in inhabited areas within the Municipal Municipality of Bartoszyce.

1.4 In the inhabited Municipal Municipality of Bartoszyce there will be a mixed system, baggy-bagged, municipal waste collection,

1.5 containers or bags are provided by the owner of the property,

1.6 the contractor is obliged to operate at least two points of continuous sale of bags and containers within the Municipal Municipality of Bartoszyce,

1.7 in the area of the Municipal Municipality of Bartoszyce municipal waste will be collected

in containers or bags and received in accordance with the resolution on the establishment of the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste,

1.8 in addition, public bulk points (min. 10; max. 25) of municipal waste collection, equipped with described containers for individual fractions will be located in the Bartoszyce Municipality.
