The subject of the contract is a service consisting in successive collection for further management of waste with the code 19 05 03 – compost not meeting the requirements (unusable) and subjecting them to the recovery process in the R3 process in an amount not exceeding 12 000 Mg:

collection, transport and management in the R3 recovery process of waste with the code 19 05 03 in an amount not exceeding 5 000 Mg, with the amount and frequency of collection resulting from the current needs of the Ordering Party (the Ordering Party guarantees 40% of the contract);

collection, transport and management in the R3 recovery process of waste with the code 19 05 03 in an amount not exceeding 4 000 Mg, with the amount and frequency of collection resulting from the current needs of the Ordering Party (the Ordering Party guarantees 40% of the contract);

collection, transport and management in the R3 recovery process of waste with the code 19 05 03 in an amount not exceeding 3 000 Mg, with the amount and frequency of collection resulting from the current needs of the Ordering Party (the Ordering Party guarantees 40% of the contract).
