The purpose of the tender is to conclude an agreement for the delivery of a collective AOV for the benefit of the Client in accordance with the provisions of this specification. With the selected Contractor, the Client wants to enter into an agreement with a term of at least 3 years with the possibility to extend by 2 x 1 year and will subsequently take effect after termination of the active collective AOV.

The client had 477 employees on the reference date 1 January 2023. The expected pension base (total wage bill) of the Client in 2022 is € 19,844,020.00.
