Øksnes municipality c/o Eiendomsforvaltning shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer.
The contract shall apply for a 2-year period from the date of signing of the contract. The contracting authority shall have an exclusive option for extending the contract for up to 2 years on the same , 1 year + 1 year.
The contracting authority will use the included appendix in the contract document 'Rammeavtale for kjøp av håndverkertjenester med tilhørende materiell' ('Framework agreement for the purchase of craftsman services and associated materials')
Øksnes municipality's property management department, also referred to as the contracting authority, needs to enter into a framework agreement for carpentry work to maintain the existing property portfolio.
The properties are mainly purpose-built buildings such as schools, nurseries, nursing homes, sheltered accommodation flats and administration buildings that are spread throughout the municipality.
Øksnes municipality's property management department manages, operates and maintains 26 buildings with a total area of approx. 32,000 m2.
Call-offs under the scheme will primarily concern minor investment and maintenance projects based on the current applicable action and financial plan, primarily as execution contracts or builder-developed turnkey contracts. The contract work includes all types of joinery work, hereunder:
Facade work
Repairs to and erection of internal walls
Damage limitation and securing buildings in the event of forced entries and vandalism
Replacing doors and windows
Asbestos removal work
Wet room work
Fire protection/proofing
Alterations, additions, restoration and renovation of varying scopes
Engineering design work for all carpentry work under this agreement, to the scope required by the contracting authority.
The contractual work also includes material deliveries, disposal of demolition materials and safety measures for own personnel and the users of buildings, and in some circumstance construction site administration and progress control of sub-contractors.
Some call-offs can contain elements of minor concrete work, welding, form work, masonry, plastering and tiling works, laying cardboard sheeting and simple tinsmith tasks in association with carpentry assignments.
Costs for set ups and transportation must be included.

The scheme does not include carpentry work or materials:
for larger new buildings and reconstruction/renovation projects where the contracting authority publish separate tender contest notices
for projects/assignments that the contracting authority has the capacity and competence to carry out internally
Other units in Øksnes municipality may use an established purchasing system for assignments that the contracting authority naturally considers included in the types of work to which the purchasing system applies.
