The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale and provision of electricity distribution services to the buildings and facilities of the Maritime Office. The list of facilities of individual tariff groups together with energy consumption points (PPE or electricity meter number) and estimated energy demand is specified in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) – Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference. The listed tariff groups for collection points are given for information purposes only and are subject to change. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the contractual capacity and the amount of energy ordered in the event of a change in the number of electricity consumption points.

2. The sale of electricity and the provision of transmission and distribution services shall be carried out under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), the provisions of the Civil Code, the rules set out in the concession, the provisions of the agreement concluded by the Contracting Authority with the Contractor as a result of the said procedure, as well as in accordance with the Contractor's Tariff and the Distribution System Operator's Tariff.
