Together with the municipality of Upahl, the city of Grevesmühlen intends to develop an intermunicipal large-scale commercial site north of the A20 federal motorway.
The prerequisite for commercial settlement is, among other things, the provision of drinking water and ensuring wastewater discharge by the Grevesmühlen special purpose association.
The subject of the award procedure is the planning services for drinking water and wastewater for the construction of engineering structures in accordance with Part 3, Section 3 HOAI 2021 and for technical equipment technical equipment according to Part 4, Section 2 HOAI 2021 for the external development of the Grevesmühlen-Upahl intermunicipal large commercial site.

2.1 HOAI 2021 § 55 Performance description Technical equipment, work phases 3-9 2.2 Preparation for the complete documentation (inventory documentation) 2.3 Preparation during commissioning.
2.4 Technical report and allocation of costs for funding The service should be commissioned in stages as follows.
Level 1: LPH 1-4 Level 2: LPH 5-9 plus the special services required in each level.
The following drinking water pipes must be planned to ensure that drinking water supply meets requirements:
New installation 3.900 m TW-line DN 250 WW Wotenitz > IGG Grevesmühlen/Upahl Neuverlegung 1,500 m TW-line DN 250 IGG Grevesmühlen/Upahl -> pressure station Upahl (for new installation 2,560 m TW-line DN 200 WW Wotenitz -> Questin).
The following waste water pressure pipes must be planned for wastewater discharge in line with requirements:
New installation 7,200 m AWD line DN 250 IGG Grevesmühlen/Upahl -> KA Grevesmühlen Neuverlegung 750 m AWD line DN 200 IGG Grevesmühlen/Upahl HPW 2 -> HPW 1 new installation 2,600 m AWD cable DN 250 GG Upahl -> IGG Grevesmühlen/Upahl.
Among other things, the necessary crossings of a railway line and second-order water crossings must be taken into account.
