Electricity supply and transmission market and associated services

the purpose of the contract is:-the supply of electrical energy to delivery points, located within the perimeter detailed in the Quantitative Estimated Detail (Dqe), equivalent to the Unit Price Schedule (BPU);-access and use, for these delivery points, under a single contract, to the public distribution network;-The mission of balancing responsible included in the price of the supply of electrical energy, in accordance with Article L.321-15 of the Energy Code;-the services associated with the supply of electrical energy.the start of execution occurs on the night of 31/12/2023 to 01/01/2024 for the delivery points indicated on the unit price schedule. The basic duration of supply of electrical energy to the aforementioned delivery points is 12 (12) months from the date of the switchover. The market will end on the night of 31/12/2024 to 01/01/2025 at 00:00. An additional period of 12 months could be notified for the year 2025.Applicants must meet the basic solution, i.e. a fixed price over 2024.The variants will focus on the most advantageous duration and method of price revision
